What to expect
at each stage

1. Discovery Call

Our process begins with an initial discovery call, where we take the time to understand your project, the space you’d like us to design, and the scope of work involved.

We’ll guide you through our packages, help you choose the most suitable option, and provide an initial indication of fees.

2. On-Site Consultation & Measure

We’ll then visit your home to take accurate measurements and assess the space in detail. This is an opportunity to walk through your ideas together, assess what will work best within the space, and provide initial design direction.

3. Initial Design Concepts

At this stage you will be presented with our initial design concepts for your project. This will include mood boards, colour palettes and 2D layout options. This stage defines the overall direction, allowing you to begin visualising how your space will look and feel.

4. 3D Visuals

Your design will then be brought to life and presented through realistic 3D renders. This will allow you to experience the design from every angle and help you feel confident in the design before moving forward. At this stage, you also have the option to add 360° room views or an animated walkthrough to your package, allowing you to experience your space in real time.

5. Design Refinement

We include up to 3 rounds of revisions to refine the design. Your feedback is carefully considered at each stage, ensuring the final result reflects your style, needs, and the way you live. Revisions can be submitted and discussed in person, virtually, via email or over the phone.

6. Technical Drawings

Once the design is finalised, we provide a full set of detailed technical drawings. These will then help your chosen contractors, suppliers, and installers to deliver the design accurately.
